We would be pleased to welcome you in Riquewihr. Our first apartment (Le Colombier) welcomed its first guests in December 2006. Two other apartments are now also available, a duplex (The Sentinel) and a studio (The Refuge of the Imp).
All of them are available for self catering holiday rentals all year round. It is possible to rent them by the week, as well as for long term or shorter stays (3 nights minimum). Le Colombier apartment is the largest and has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The Sentinel has 1 bedroom and 1 bathrom. The Refuge of the Imp is a studio with a 160x200 cm bed and a spacious shower. Riquewihr, a medieval city of an exceptional beauty

For centuries, Riquewihr produces some of the most beautiful wines of Alsace and the world. A nature superbly made up of vineyards and wooded mountains is protecting this exceptional jewel which is Riquewihr. Ramparts, rich residences and more modest medieval houses make it the pearl of the Alsatian vineyard and one of the most visited and most beautiful villages in France.

It is a few meters only to the spectacular tower of Dolder and strengthened door of Obertor. Our romantic half-timbered house was built on the rampart of the year 1500. Registered with the inventory of the French national Heritage buildings, the house recently came out of a full restoration. A real jewel appeared, which is the alchemy of the Alsatian tradition and modern comfort.

It is possible to rent all our apartments by the week, as well as for long term or shorter stays (3 nights minimum, capacity 4 people). Do not hesitate to book a long time in advance.

Are you travelling in the area for business? From our house in Riquewihr (12 kilometers from Colmar only) you will be able to manage your business all over the Alsace region and even Germany and Switzerland, combining efficient work, comfort and pleasure. About rates and seasons

We wanted to offer our guests, not only a roof, a bed and a chair, but much more than that. We think that - especially for a rather long stay (most of our guests are staying 7 nights and +) - it is not enough to survive during the night but it is necessary to enjoy the stay in a place which is somehow of the same level as the historical surroundings, the landscape, the mountain and the vineyards: beautiful. A place where you like to have a rest and enjoy some time, not only a place for sleeping. We cared for the health of our guests, using only organic products. We paid respect to the history of the place and the local traditions. All furniture are genuine antiques. And finally, we added all the modern touch and comfort: quality and natural materials, air conditioning, satellite TV, free internet, ice making machine, coffee maker, etc.

Rmk: high season in Riquewihr is from Easter to Nov 11 and again from Nov 27 to January 5 for the Christmas celebrations.

On the basis of 2 or 4 persons sharing (depending which apartment you choose), the price per person and per night ranges from EURO 40 to EURO 60 per person and per night according to the season and the length of the stay.
