A very comfortable, brand new, châlet with a garden, in the hills above Nice. It is situated in the grounds of a villa, with a private entrance from the street. From the garden outside the châlet, you have a beautiful view to the mountains. The veranda at the front of the house is perfect for breakfast, or a glass of wine in the evening. The living room has a sofabed sleeping 2, and a fully equipped open kitchen. The bedroom sleeps 2 in a double bed. There is also a mezzanine, that can sleep a child or two. The bathroom has a shower, a wash basin, and a wc. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, micro-wave, oven and a washing machine. Outside, in the garden, children can play safely. There will also be a small plastic swimming pool. Right outside the entrance gate, there is a parking place for one car. Across the street, another car can park. Communications are very good, with a couple of different bus lines. One takes you to the Nice train station, about a 15 minutes walk to all the shops, museums, and restaurants of Nice. Another bus takes you from the châlet to the beach, in only about 15 minutes. The A8 highway is easily accessed, as well as the roads leading up to the nearby mountains.
