Paris 1st - Châtelet-Pompidou - Apartment Rental Listing Details

This 45 square metres apartment is located between the Chatelet and the Montorgeuil districts, a 5 minute walk from the Centre Pompidou and the rue Montorgueil market street and only 10 minutes to the Notre Dame Cathedral. It is situated in the Rue des Halles, just on the corner with Rue de Rivoli, one of the most famous Parisian commercial street whose shops include the most fashionable names in the world.
The apartment is at 5th floor via elevator up to 4th floor. It was fully renovated on December 2006. It consists of a wide living room, furnished by a sofa convertible for 2 people, a dining table for 4 people, two different cupboards and minor furnishings. The bedroom provides a queen size double bed, wardrobe, desk, wall cupboard, etc.
The bathroom has an elegant shower cabin, sink and toilette; fresh linens and matching towels are available. The kitchen is equipped by ceramic contact grills, fridge and freezer, microwave, and also a washing/drying machine. You will find WiFi high speed Internet connection for your laptop, TV cable and telephone.
The nearest Metro stations is just in front of the building entrance door. It is the Chatelet station exit "Saint Opportune". Chatelet station is the crossing point of many Metro lines: Metro 1, 4, 7, 11, and RER A, B, C & D. RER Line B is directly connected with Parisian airports Charles de Gaulle/Roissy and Orly.

1-2 people: Daily (Mini 4)= 160 euros. Weekly= 900 euros.
3-4 people: Daily (Mini 4)= 200 euros. Weekly= 1100 euros

RENTAL CONDITIONS:
1. RESERVATIONS
After verifying the availability of the apartment you've chosen, fill out the "Reservation" form by indicating your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, the dates for your stay, and the number of persons.

2. DEPOSIT PAYMENT
We must receive a booking deposit for your reservation corresponding to 30% of the total cost of the rental. Your reservation will be definitively accepted and reserved in your name only when your deposit is received. You can pay by credit card, bank transfer or Paypal. The €uro is the only accepted currency.

3. BALANCE PAYMENT
The balance must be paid at the latest cash on the arrival or at least 7 days before the arrival by credit card, Bank transfer or Paypal.

4. PRICE
The price includes:
> Household linen, dishes and electrical appliances.
> Costs of water, real estate and residence taxes. Consumption of electricity is included for rentals of less than 4 weeks.
> Personal reception at the apartment on arrival and on departure for formalities and keys.
> Household insurance that covers the apartment but not the tenants and their personal effects.
The price does not include:
> Your telephone calls
> Consumption of electricity for rentals of 4 weeks and plus.
> The refundable damage security deposit shall be 30% of the total rental (not less than 300 euros).
> An extra charge of 20% applicable in the period Christmas/New Year's Eve only.

5. CANCELLATION
We do not refund the booking deposit if the cancellation is made less than 60 days before the scheduled arrival. We refund the booking deposit (less 100 euros for administration costs) if the cancellation is made more than 60 days before the scheduled arrival.

6. NUMBER OF PERSONS OCCUPYING THE FLAT
The number of persons cannot be more than the number of beds indicated on the reservation contract (number also includes children less than 2 years old). If the number of occupants is not respected, we reserve the right to cancel the rental contract and keep the entire cost of your rental.

7. LATE CHECK IN
For a check in after 8:00 pm, we will charge the tenant a 50 euros extra. For a check in after 12:00 pm, we will charge the tenant a 80 euros extra
