Our unit is different from almost all rentals. First, we use it and make sure that there are things there which make it seem like home -- hooks where you need them, board games, dvd's, videos, etc. There are also beach chairs, so you don't need to lug them along. Each bedroom has a television with a dvd or vcr. There is a combo dvd/vcr in the living room area. We had our condo professionally decorated with higher end furnishings with comfort and durability in mind. Very expensive premium mattresses are on both of the king sized beds in the bedrooms. The pull out sleeper sofa is also surprisingly, quite comfortable. Higher end black out drapes on the windows, a separate laundry room and windows with views of both the gulf of Mexico and the little lagoon. Our wrap around balcony has higher end outdoor furniture. 2 chaise lounges plus a balcony table and chairs. You will be incredibly happy with your stay in our condo. Our 2008 is already filling up with people who have stayed this year, and that says a lot. Need a crib or highchair while you are here?
